Training for Democrats Offered in Fremont
Fremont, CA: This month, the Alameda County Democratic Party presents a free workshop for Democrats interested in running for office. Current and former elected officials, Democratic Party officers, and campaign consultants will be on hand to discuss making the decision to run, how campaigns work, and legal requirements.
“There are many elections being held in 2012 and we know there are qualified people interested in serving but may need a little help in getting started,” said Robin Torello, Chair of the Alameda County Democratic Party. “The Democratic Party wants to give people the tools they need to serve their communities.”
